HISTORY
THE CROOM FOUNDATION
The CROOM FOUNDATION stands as a beacon of hope and opportunity within the high crime, disadvantaged regions of North, Central, and West Alabama. Our core mission is centered on catalyzing positive transformation by redirecting the trajectories of youth and teenagers from the streets to the halls of academia. Through strategic collaborations with local community initiatives, we employ a multi-faceted approach encompassing Professional Counseling, Education, Anti-Bullying advocacy, Big Brother/Big Sister Mentoring, Faith-based support, Community Service endeavors, and Athletics.
Since our inception, we have diligently engaged with and positively impacted the lives of numerous young individuals, fostering meaningful change and empowerment. Our commitment to holistic development underscores our dedication to nurturing not only academic prowess but also social and emotional well-being, thereby equipping the youth with the tools necessary to thrive in their personal and professional endeavors.
Through steadfast partnership and unwavering resolve, The CROOM FOUNDATION continues to serve as a catalyst for societal upliftment, paving the way for a brighter, more promising future for the communities we are privileged to serve.
